Sailor Neptune and Uranus, Neo-Baroque Style

Well, I had completely forgotten I had to do this. Luckily, I'm good at drawing sailor-moon-like figures , so the positions and shape were a breeze. But the outfit. -_-
So I just slapped something together tonight because tomorrow I have to go to this play then I have to do some stupid assignment. Saturday, I have swimming and tennis. So this is all the time I'll have before the deadline (SORRY!!!!!!)
